Oba Femi makes massive WWE announcement; ends with a jaw-droppingly vague warning

Must read

This week’s episode of WWE NXT saw Oba Femi make a massive announcement. The Ruler walked in during the show’s kickoff segment after he was dethroned as the NXT North American Champion by Tony D’Angelo last week. Now, Femi has sent a jaw-dropping warning to the newly crowned champion.

Tony D’Angelo opened this week’s episode by celebrating his title win and raising a toast to Oba Femi. He acknowledged The Ruler as the most dominating holder of the North American Championship and also remarked how he knew that their feud was not over. The Don also said that he used Femi’s pride against him to win. This prompted the ex-champ to enter the arena.

Getting straight to business, Femi agreed that Tony D got him last week. But, he noted that it was a chance victory and he won’t be winning against him a second time. The Ruler also declared that he would be facing The Don for a title rematch at Halloween Havoc. Additionally, he also told Tony that his family won’t be there to help him the next time.

As Femi exited the arena, he spun a special spooky wheel installed near the ramp to determine what kind of match they would be having. The pointer stopped on TLS – Tables, Ladders, and Scares.

The match carries a spooky Halloween twist to the traditional Tables, Ladders, and Chairs match. It would be interesting to see if the additional weaponry gives The Don an edge, or if it turns Oba Femi into a truly unstoppable force at Halloween Havoc.
