Actor Han So-hee recently shared reflections and updates on her new project through a vlog titled “Gyeongseong Creature 2: First and Last Vlog,” offering a glimpse into her life during the final stages of the show’s production.

In the video, she said, “I’m moving in a week. I don’t have a place to stay until then, so I’ll be living in a hotel for a week. I thought it would be fun to capture that on video.”

After attending the press conference for Netflix’s “Gyeongseong Creature 2,” she said, “It feels like the two-year journey has come to an end, so I feel both relieved and a little sad. My emotions are a bit all over the place.”

Han added. “No matter the outcome, I will accept it and be grateful if viewers enjoy the show. Now, it’s time for me to move on to my next character.”

Reflecting on time passing quickly, Han shared her thoughts: “Time flies, and I’m getting older. I’ve been thinking a lot lately about how to approach my work without cutting corners and how to do it more efficiently. I think I’ve let go of the pressure to please everyone. Nowadays, I’m focused on how I can repay those who love, support and believe in me.”

She said that her acting is not just for her own satisfaction, so she has been reflecting on that more.

“It might stem from responsibility or self-criticism for not being perfect. I’m determined to push myself harder, train more and come back with a more refined version of myself,” she said.

“Gyeongseong Creature 2” was released last Friday. Season 1 is set in 1945 during Japanese colonial rule and follows two young adults uncovering dark secrets and a deadly monster while searching for missing people. Season 2 shifts to contemporary Seoul, bringing the story into a modern setting.
