That said, you can obtain this item by securing the Resistance Event III: Skill Growth Book container. These events are periodic and held on specific dates so you would need to check the event calendar in-game.

Alternatively, you can choose to craft the item by collecting the base materials required for it. Here is a list of all the items that you would need to find in Solisium to craft the Omnipotence Skill Growth Book:
- 5 Precious Omnipotence Parchment
- 5 Precious Marind, 5 Precious Marind Ore, or 5 Precious Processed Marind
- 20 Precious Parchment
You can then head over to any of the major cities in the game and find the Skill Researcher NPC (Non-Playable Character) to craft such skill growth books.
