An important update on an injured WWE star’s surgery was recently shared by Wrestling Observer Radio‘s Bryan Alvarez. Bronson Reed is currently injured and will be out of action for several months. A recent update on his injury stated that he will probably miss next year’s WWE WrestleMania.
A new update has now come out in regards to Bronson Reed’s surgery. He underwent surgery yesterday and is now on the road to recovery. As per Bryan Alvarez of Wrestling Observer Radio, Reed’s foot surgery was way more complicated than what was originally expected. Check out Alvarez’s comments below:
“I want to wish the best to Bronson Reed, who underwent foot surgery, I guess, yesterday, and he revealed on social media [that] he was set for surgery, and he had broken his foot, obviously coming off the cage. Looking like it’s gonna be many months of recovery. And, I mean, the only thing I heard was, like, it was one of those things where, like, it was more complicated than they thought when they went in there. But apparently, they got it all done, and he’s on the road to recovery, so all the best to him.” [H/T: WrestlingNewsCo]

The cause of WWE Superstar Bronson Reed’s injury
At Survivor Series: WarGames 2024 Premium Live Event, Reed teamed up with Solo Sikoa’s Bloodline and the villains took on Roman Reigns’ OG Bloodline and CM Punk in a Men’s WarGames Match. During the bout, Reed took a massive gamble and tried to hit a Tsunami Splash on Reigns from the top of the cage.
However, The Voice of the Voiceless was quick to react and saved The OTC from the brutal splash. Unfortunately, Reed ended up suffering a broken ankle following the failed Tsunami attempt.
Reed has become quite a popular act on WWE RAW for the past few months at this point and his fans are absolutely devastated over him going on a hiatus.
