Jamaican National Teams, Adidas Roll Out Stunning New Home and Away Kits – SportsLogos.Net News

Must read

After a successful first outing with new supplier Adidas, Jamaica’s national soccer teams are back with two more bangers ahead of a busy summer of international fixtures.

The Jamaican Football Federation (JFF) and Adidas launched the new home and away kits for both their men’s and women’s national teams on Thursday, June 6. Both kits feature a pattern all over the front and back that includes the national bird of Jamaica, the doctor bird, and the national flower, lignum vitae.

The home kit has the pattern embossed on the yellow base. The raglan sleeves are green, as are the swoops up the side that match up with elements on the shorts. The V-neck collar is black with green trim on the back half. The Adidas shoulder stripes, side inserts and inserts at the shoulders are all black.

The away kits, meanwhile, feature the pattern in full color on a black base. The Adidas shoulder stripes, side swoops and collar trim are all yellow.

The name and number font on the kits is slightly different from what was used on the kits introduced in 2023.

A new pre-match jersey was also launched on Thursday, with a green base and a blown-up portion of the pattern in yellow. The JFF crest sits in between two doctor birds.

The Jamaican men’s team were the first to the new home kits on the pitch as they hosted the Dominican Republic at the National Stadium in Kingston for a 2026 FIFA World Cup qualification second-round match on the same day as the reveal.
