Kevin Owens says he never wants to get in the ring with two WWE Superstars

Must read

Kevin Owens is known for being one of the top stars in WWE whose wrestling ability has always made him stand out of the crowd in the company. His willingness to go to the next level has seen him take several risks, but even he is not ready to get into the ring with two superstars.

Ahead of WWE Clash at the Castle, Kevin Owens was on the Kickoff show, and he spoke to the panel about the upcoming matches. He didn’t have a match of his own, although he did get involved after Cody Rhodes’ match when the Bloodline attacked him. He and Randy Orton both came out to save Cody and helped him get out of the attack unscathed.

While talking about the different matches on the card at Clash at the Castle, Owens spoke about Shayna Baszler and Zoey Stark ahead of their match against The Unholy Union and the team of Jade Cargill and Bianca Belair.

When asked about what he made of them as a tag team, he said that he found both the stars extremely terrifying and that he was glad that he didn’t ever have to be in the ring with them.

“They are both pretty terrifying. I’m glad I don’t ever have to get in the ring with them.” (1:36:33 – 1:36:38)

Kevin Owens may be one of Cody Rhodes’ only hopes in the upcoming struggle against The Bloodline

As Cody Rhodes has put AJ Styles behind him, he’s already picked up a new challenger. Solo Sikoa made his intentions pretty clear after the Clash at the Castle match as he stood next to Rhodes and indicated that he was going to come for the title next.

However, with Tama Tonga and Tonga Loa at his side, The Bloodline may prove to be too much for The American Nightmare.

Thanks to Kevin Owens and Randy Orton’s support, though, he may have a better hope of turning things around. The two stars have been involved with The Bloodline for some time now, and it appears after Clash at the Castle that they still have unfinished business with the superstars.
