Married At First Sight: Allen Slovick Comes up Short
On Married At First Sight, Allen Slovick is a good sport. He’s been hitting the gym on the reg after Madison Myers suggested he could take better care of his bod. Madison even takes him to a grueling versa-climber class that really does look like torture especially for a gym newbie. Allen thanks her for motivating him to get fit. Later Madison boots him out of the apartment so she can have a “spa day”. But really, she’s throwing him a surprise birthday party.
The party goes well, and Allen Slovick is touched and surprised. He does chat with her friends a little. And suggests he wishes Madison would slow down sometimes and be cool with a day of Netflix and chill. Since she is very regimented and always on the go. Madison Myers plans a morning of flag football following Allen’s birthday party. Allen Slovick imbibes in a few too many birthday shots and blows off the game. Madison Myers admits to the others she’s a little peeved over it. So it’s all pain no gain for Allen this episode of Married At First Sight.
Married At First Sight: Michelle and David Not on the Same Page
It’s been nothing but awkward for Michelle Tomblin and David Trimble on MAFS. Michelle shut down early when he revealed he still lived at home. A visit with the experts helped a little. But. things went downhill again after she saw his bachelor digs in the basement. They don’t share a bedroom. And while David leaves notes and texts about his whereabouts, Michelle still isn’t into spending any time with him. She does seem a little annoyed however when he admits he’s been working out with Madison in the residence gym.
It’s house party time on Married At First Sight. Michelle vents her frustrations to David’s friend about his living situation. His friend claps back that Michelle is actually wasting money by renting while David is saving. Later David prepares dinner for Michelle. She’s polite enough, even giving him a chef’s kiss. But after he compliments her clothes, she suggests he could do better in that department. Mainly by ditching his jean shorts and tank tops.
MAFS House Parties Reveal Cracks in the Foundations
The Chicago cast try various themes for their house parties. Juan Franco and Karla Juarez choose toga. But only after Juan cleans the bathroom and Karla sages the place. The party is pleasant enough in spite of the poorly draped togas and fake leaves. Later, Karla hints to Juan in bed that she’s open to a little cuddling. Juan seems a little nervous and admits he just really isn’t in the mood for a snuggle just yet.
On Married At First Sight, Emem Obot and Ikechi Ojore choose a Mexican theme for their party. Emem has ordered fish tacos. This doesn’t sit well with Ikechi, who suggests he could’ve whipped up some tacos himself. They bicker a little. But welcome their guests with tequila. When asked to describe Emem, Ikechi lists some nice thing but ends the list with aggressive. This doesn’t sit well with her friend or her cousin. When they call him out he suggests he’s not there to impress them.
MAFS couple Camille Parsons and Thomas McDonald take their party off campus to a pool party at his brother’s house. The subject comes up again about Thomas not being Camille’s usual type. Camille seems to be stuck on this and suggesting their different backgrounds may not mesh. Later Thomas asks her to clarify as he really doesn’t think it’s a big deal. Camille talks in circles but really doesn’t explain it. Till next week!
