The 2024-25 college football season is finally upon us, with kickoff of the Aer Lingus College Football Classic between Florida State and Georgia Tech set for 12 p.m. ET on Saturday.

With that, we’ve compiled a comprehensive list of every uniform, logo and field change that has taken place across the country this offseason, which we’ve broken down by conference and will share daily over the next week.

We’ve already covered the ACC, Big Ten and Big XII, so now we’re moving to the SEC as we wrap up the Power 4 conferences. We’ll then circle back with the Group of 5, soon-to-be defunct Pac-12 and Independent programs.

Now, let’s take a look at the SEC, which expanded to 16 teams this year with the addition of former Big XII rivals Oklahoma and Texas…

The Razorbacks made a subtle change to their white road jerseys with an update to Nike’s Vapor F.U.S.E. template, as they swapped a single-color version of their sleeve logo for the full mark to fall in line with the athletic department’s brand guidelines.

Auburn

The Tigers have updated to Under Armour’s new ARMR 037 template, though they will only wear it for one season as the athletic department announced a 10-year deal with Nike in April that will begin on July 1, 2025.

Florida

The Gators recently revealed their uniform schedule for the season and will notably wear orange helmets, blue jerseys and orange pants against Samford on Sept. 7. They won’t wear their orange alternate jerseys or black alternate uniforms at all, however.

LSU

The Tigers are celebrating the 100th anniversary of Tiger Stadium this fall with a commemorative logo, which will likely appear on the field and be worn as a helmet decal after being painted at midfield during the annual spring game back in April.

Mississippi State

The Bulldogs will wear new all-white alternate uniforms, which are on adidas Premier Strategy template, against Florida on Sept. 21, forcing the Gators to wear their usual home design on the road.

It is effectively the same design as Mississippi State’s primary road uniforms but features perforation holes in the maroon numbers, stripes and Script “State” helmet decals.

Missouri

The Tigers unveiled two new helmet designs during their spring game in April, with both the black and white lids featuring a script “Missouri” wordmark on the sides. If worn in a regular-season game, it would be just the second time the school name has appeared on their helmets.

Oklahoma

The Sooners will celebrate the 100th season of Gaylord Family-Oklahoma Memorial Stadium this fall with a commemorative logo and by wearing 1946-56 throwback uniforms against Houston on Sept. 7.

As mentioned, this will mark Oklahoma’s first season in the SEC, so the Sooners have added the conference logo to their jerseys, helmets and the 25-yard lines at Owen Field.

Ole Miss

The Rebels unveiled the first powder blue-accented road jerseys in school history back in June. It’s unclear when the jerseys, which can be paired with Ole Miss’ white or powder blue helmets and stripeless white pants, will make their on-field debut.

South Carolina

The Gamecocks will pay tribute to Heisman Trophy-winning running back George Rogers by wearing 1980 throwback uniforms against Akron on Sept. 21.

The garnet jerseys, which are on Under Armour’s newest template, feature “Carolina” across the chest, while the white helmets include vintage stripes, an oversized Block “C” on the sides and two garnet stars on the front.

Tennessee

The Volunteers’ latest “Smokey Grey” uniforms pull inspiration from the state flag with the Tri-Star emblem on the sleeves and a unique orange and white striping pattern on the helmets and pants.

The uniforms, which will be worn in the season opener against in-state foe Chattanooga on Aug. 31, notably feature the familiar helmets with a mountain design in different shades of gray that debuted in 2015.

Additionally, Tennessee has moved the SEC patch from the left shoulder – where it was placed above the Nike Swoosh – to the right shoulder of the jerseys for a more balanced look.

Texas

Like their rivals, the Longhorns have also replaced the Big XII logo with the SEC mark on their uniforms and the field turf at Darrell K. Royal-Texas Memorial Stadium, which is celebrating its 100th anniversary this fall with a commemorative logo.

Texas A&M

The Aggies recently unveiled a new black alternate jersey that features a white wordmark and perforated numbers with a reflective silver outline as part of adidas’ new Premier Strategy line.

It’s unclear when they’ll be worn or what helmet and pants combination they’ll be paired with, though preview images appear to show black pants with a thin maroon stripe. They’ve also been wearing white helmets in practice that haven’t been in the uniform rotation since 2017.

Vanderbilt

The Commodores also updated to the Vapor F.U.S.E. template and have added a new white alternate jersey that includes gold numbers outlined in black. This marks the first time since 1985 that they’ll don gold numbers.
