Superstar who WWE reportedly wants to sign in 2025 says she’s “fantasizing” about a WrestleMania match

Must read

A superstar who WWE is reportedly eyeing tweeted that she was fantasizing about an Ultimate X match at WrestleMania. This, of course, will only fuel the speculation about her next move.

An Ultimate X match is one of TNA’s best signature matches. Think of it like a WWE ladder match to retrieve a title. Instead of a ladder, however, there are two cables suspended in the ring crossed in an X shape. Superstars have to first climb up and then wrap their legs around the rope before retrieving the title or “X” sign. Jordynne Grace was a part of the first-ever Knockouts Ultimate X match in 2022.

Fightful Select had reported that Jordynne Grace was able to renegotiate the terms of her TNA contract. While her original contract was reportedly set to expire in August 2025, she managed to get it back to January 2025. WWE is obviously aware of this and is reportedly interested in signing her to a full-time deal.

Shawn Michaels had done a funny collaboration on social media with her and rapper Sexxy Red. He’s been quite vocal about his praise for the TNA Knockouts Champion.

Jordynne Grace recently tweeted that she was fantasizing about watching an Ultimate X match at WrestleMania.

“Y’all ever just start fantasizing about watching an Ultimate X match at WrestleMania or is that just me.”

It’s certainly unlikely that we’ll see a TNA signature match on a show as big as WrestleMania, but considering the relationship they know have with the sports entertainment juggernaut, perhaps it’s something that could take place on NXT.

Jordynne Grace reportedly earned a good amount from her 3 WWE NXT appearances

Jordynne Grace deservedly got a lot of praise for her brief run so far in NXT. Many are now wondering what the star would do next when her current TNA contract expires.

According to Fightful Select, Jordynne Grace’s agreement for her three NXT appearances led to her earning six figures. It’s not a bad chunk of change considering the number of appearances.

But one could argue that Jordynne Grace did more than enough to earn that amount. In her match against Roxanne Perez for the NXT Women’s Championship, she tore a small part of her ear because of the way her piercing had come out. It was a gruesome injury but she was back in action in TNA in no time.

It’s going to be interesting to see how the contract situation of Jordynne Grace develops and plays out. WWE seems to like her a lot and the new relationship with TNA could be a way for talent to seamlessly transition from one company to the other.
