China are still ranked first in the Paris Paralympics 2024 medal tally with 135 medals (62 gold, 46 silver, 27 bronze). They won 20 medals, including nine gold, six silver, and five bronze, on Wednesday, September 4.
Great Britain remain second in the tally after claiming 13 medals with three gold, seven silver, and three bronze on Wednesday. They now have a total of 74 medals in their account.
Similarly, the United States of America retained their third position after winning 10 medals on day seven. They won five gold, four silver, and a bronze to take their medal tally to 63.
Meanwhile, the Netherlands (28) jumped from ninth to fourth spot after securing 10 medals on the seventh day. France remained fifth with 50 medals (15 gold, 17 silver, 18 bronze).
Brazil dropped from fourth to sixth with 15 gold, as many silver, and 27 bronze. Ukraine (52) moved one position up to claim the seventh spot after winning seven medals on Wednesday.
Italy descended from sixth to eighth spot despite winning 11 medals, including three gold, two silver, and six bronze. Australia retained their ninth spot with 41 medals (11 gold, 12 silver, 18 bronze) while Spain ascended from 11th to 10th, having won seven gold, eight silver, and 17 bronze.
Germany (26) and Uzbekistan (15) are placed in the next two spots with six gold medals apiece.
Meanwhile, India secured two gold on day seven to take a leap from 19th position to 13th with five gold, nine silver, and 10 bronze. Japan (21) and Thailand (17) are ranked in the following two spots with five golds each.

India’s Dharambir and Pranav Soorma delivered outstanding performances in the Men’s Club Throw – F51 event, claiming gold and silver with impressive throws of 34.92m and 34.59m, respectively.
